Your inputs and results go with the message. Nothing is stored on this site.

What this does and does not tell you. This is arithmetic on the numbers you typed, nothing more. It does not know your payer mix, your documentation, whether a study is covered for a given diagnosis, or how often two studies can be reported on the same day. Owning an instrument establishes the capability; whether a study is paid is between your billing staff and each payer. Confirm current descriptors and coverage before relying on any of this. Fundus photography is reported under CPT 92250. It is a different procedure family from OCT; a practice considering both should run both calculators, not add them together.
Sources. Payment rates: CMS Physician Fee Schedule Look-Up Tool, and search 92250, non-facility, for your locality. Everything else on this page is your own entry.

Which camera the numbers point at

For undilated color fundus photography with one-button operation, the DRSplus. For 200° ultra-widefield in one automated capture, the EIDON UWF. Neither is an OCT; if the study you need is OCT, use the OCT calculator.

Bring the numbers, not a model number.

Ryan can walk through these figures against the instruments he carries and tell you which one, if any, earns the space.
