Equipment cost spread across a financing term
JNB Capital

Equipment Financing

Diagnostic equipment is a capital decision made by a business that gets paid on a reimbursement cycle. Most practices finance rather than write a check, not because they cannot afford the instrument but because monthly payments line up with the revenue the instrument produces. Whitecotton Vision works with JNB Capital for financing on equipment purchased through us. If you already have a sense of the monthly payment, the OCT and retinal imaging break-even calculators show what volume covers it. We are not the lender and we do not make credit decisions. We get you a firm quote, hand the application to JNB, and stay involved through installation.

How It Works

Four steps, in this order

Financing is easier when the equipment decision is already made, because the lender is underwriting a specific asset and a specific number.

1. Specify

Decide what actually belongs in the lane. We will demo it, and we will tell you when a smaller configuration does the job.

2. Quote

You get one written number covering the instrument, delivery, installation and staff training, not a device price with surprises behind it.

3. Apply

The application goes to JNB Capital. They underwrite it, they set the terms, and they make the decision.

4. Install

Once funding is in place we schedule delivery, installation and training, and you have one person to call afterwards.

Before You Sign Anything

Three things worth knowing

Whitecotton Vision is not a lender. We introduce you to JNB Capital and help assemble the equipment quote. All financing is subject to credit approval by the lender, and the rate, term and structure are set by them, not by us. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval.

Lease and loan are not the same product. A lease can make sense for technology you expect to upgrade; an equipment finance agreement generally makes sense when you intend to own the instrument outright at the end. Ask JNB to walk you through both against your own numbers.

Tax treatment is a question for your accountant. Depreciation and expensing provisions for business equipment change from year to year and depend on your practice's situation. We do not model tax savings, and you should not make a purchase decision on a salesperson's version of the tax code.
