Missed-Call Estimator

A phone that rings out during business hours is a scheduling problem before it is anything else. Enter your own call counts and this page sizes the gap. It models business hours only.

From your phone system report, or count a typical day.
Your phone system usually reports this. Use your own figure.
Listen to a week of voicemails and count. Your figure, not ours.
Optional. Your number, if you want a dollar figure at all.

Your inputs and results go with the message. Nothing is stored on this site.

What this does and does not tell you. It counts calls you already know you are missing during the hours you are open; it does not model nights, weekends, direct EMR booking or non-English calls, because those Acuity Health capabilities are still awaiting written vendor confirmation on this site. It does not assume that an answered call becomes a kept appointment. The dollar figure, if you enter one, is yours. What Acuity states publicly is that it answers inbound calls, handles routine questions and escalates to staff with context; ask them how any figure they quote was measured.
Sources. All inputs are yours. Acuity Health’s stated capabilities: as reproduced on the Acuity Health page, with the date they were checked.

What to ask before you buy

The number above is a gap, not a promise. Before a decision, ask Acuity for scope, EMR integration, HIPAA posture and a business associate agreement in writing, and ask Ryan to sit in on the call. See the Acuity Health page.

Bring the numbers, not a model number.

Ryan can walk through these figures against the instruments he carries and tell you which one, if any, earns the space.
